What's my passion ?

Hi folks ! I'm Pushkar ,working with Wiprotech. at Bangalore. I joined the company in August'06. I was a fresh campus joinee at that time. Its been 9 months in the job and I'm already bored ! I am getting a strong feeling that I am suppose to do something exciting, something that may give me satisfaction.

In order to discover that something, I wrote CAT this year, got an OK percentile and converted a call to a decent college. But life is not that simple ! as again I had to drop the idea of joining the B-school for financial reasons. But is Management my destiny? How many times I asked this to myself and found myself confused.

I love talking to people, listening to them and trying to help them. At this point of time what I feel that with so many wishes, one is bound to be dissatisfied at times and such times will be many. What one can do side by side, is to do all kinds of things that provide him pleasure.It may be anything such as Learning any art like Salsa or any musical instrument for that matter .But this applies to all us who are not in a position to chase their dreams by taking career risks.

But if you dare to risk and go out searching for ur dream then all the best. One instance that reminds of such a person is the interview of "Kalyan Verma" on my company's intranet. For those who don't know him, He quit his 3 years old IT career to take up his passion of Wildlife Photography. After initial apprehensions he is now a successful photographer. S o you see if u dare to dream only then you can succeed.

But as of now its hard for me to realize what my passion is. I like rock drumming...I did that. I like Wildlife Photography but I don't have enough money to buy even a decent camera so I just keep on clicking scenic beauties with my Nokia N-72. In fact my friends named me Nature Boy for the same reason. But it does charge me up when I see that I captured nature's beauty from different angles.

I'm going to write CAT this year too. Chances are that I end up in a good B-school and after two years in an MNC's boardroom. But I shall definitely try to get what I always want to do.
TO CHASE MY SOURCE OF SATISFACTION coz that's wat everyone aspire for. Isn't it?
